At AAA HVAC Supply, we include shipping and hazardous material fees directly in our product prices. What you see is what you pay.

- Every cylinder ships via UPS or FedEx Ground (hazardous certified)
For Hawaii and Alaska, an additional surcharge may apply. Contact us before ordering.

2. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 24 business hours (Monday–Friday).
- Orders placed after 2 PM Central Time (CT) on Friday will ship the following Monday
- You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships

3. Carriers We Use
Because refrigerants are classified as hazardous materials (Class 2), we ship exclusively via:
- UPS Ground – Hazardous
- FedEx Ground – Hazardous
These carriers are trained and certified to handle refrigerant cylinders safely and legally.

4. Delivery Time (Continental US)

5. Local Pickup – Save on Shipping
You are welcome to pick up your order directly from our Texas warehouse.

**How Pickup Works**
1. Place your order online and select "Local Pickup" at checkout
2. Call or email us at least 24 hours in advance
3. We will adjust your invoice — shipping cost will be removed
4. Come pick up your order at the scheduled time

7. Damaged or Leaking Cylinder – In Transit
If your cylinder arrives damaged, dented, or leaking:
- Do not open or use it
- Take photos of the cylinder and box
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
We will file a claim with the carrier and send you a replacement at no charge.

8. Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer:
- You will be responsible for the second shipping charge
- We will not refund the original shipping cost

9. Lost or Stolen Packages
Once the carrier marks your package as delivered, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
We are happy to help you file a claim, but refunds or replacements will not be issued for stolen packages.
