1. Do you sell genuine refrigerants?
Yes. All our refrigerants are factory-sealed, EPA certified, and 100% genuine. We never sell counterfeit or off-spec products.

2. How fast do you ship?
Orders ship within 24 business hours (Monday–Friday). Orders placed after 2 PM CT on Friday will ship the following Monday.

3. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes — free shipping is already included in our product prices for the 48 contiguous US states. What you see is what you pay. No surprise fees at checkout.

4. Can I pick up my order locally to save money?
Absolutely. We offer local pickup at our Edinburg, TX warehouse.
**How it works:**
1. Place your order online and select "Local Pickup" at checkout
2. Call or email us at least 24 hours in advance to schedule pickup
3. We will adjust your invoice — the shipping cost will be removed
4. Come pick up your order

5. Can I return an unopened cylinder?
Yes, but only if:
- The cylinder is completely unopened, factory-sealed, and undamaged
- You contact us within 14 days of delivery
- The return is not for a product you simply no longer need

6. What if my cylinder arrives damaged or leaking?
Do not open it. Take photos of the cylinder and packaging immediately, and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a free replacement at no cost to you.

7. Do you sell to homeowners / DIYers, or only to businesses?
Both. We welcome:

8. Do you offer bulk pricing for large orders?
Yes. For orders of 10+ cylinders, please use our Bulk Quote Request Form or email us at sales@agasexpert.com. We will respond with a competitive quote within 24 hours.

9. Do you ship to Hawaii, Alaska, or US territories?
We ship to all 50 states, including Hawaii and Alaska. However, free shipping only applies to the 48 contiguous states.
For Hawaii and Alaska, please contact us before ordering — an additional shipping surcharge will apply. Estimated delivery: 5–10 business days.

10. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), as well as PayPal. Payment is processed securely at checkout.
